INPS has finally issued a circular laying down requirements and procedures to be followed for project workers who have lost their jobs and want to take advantage of one-off bonus provided by the Financial Regulator.
Who is entitled to the bonus
The amount recognized in co.pro. is equal to 30% of the income received in 2009, but can not exceed 4.000 €. To access the bonus, employees must meet certain conditions:
- work for one client who discontinued employment;
- in 2009 to have achieved a gross income between 5,000 € and 20,000 €;
- have worked at least three months in 2009 and at least one month in 2010. Ie it must be that the employer has credited contributions, equivalent to the months worked at the separate management of INPS;
- be working without a contract for at least two months.
How to apply
The application to take advantage of the allowance must be made within 30 days from the date on which it is concluded the employment relationship. Can be sent by registered mail to / ro delivered in person to the competent INPS office based on residency. Similarly, you can apply to a patronage that free will assist in compiling and sending the form.
As with all other social risks, this allowance provides for the grant, which is delivered together with the application a statement readily available at work or a course of retraining.
